So 2020 Tacoma off-road stereo shit off came on went off and stayed off. The qi charger cigg lighter usb port as well as the power to the mirror motors has all gone out. Toyota said it was the infotainment system grounded out but I believe it’s more likely the interior fuse block grounded out?? I’ve seen other people with the same problem but no one has really posted the solution. I’m not buying or replacing the head unit til I know for sure

First off, do you have aftermarket anything... even visor LED lamps? These trucks are sensitive to some aftermarket products.

Second, to determine if the issue is the HU, simply unplug the unit and replace the affected fuses and see if the issue goes away. If it doesn't, then disconnect the next affected device and see if the issue returns... use the process of elimination.

I would imagine if the fuse block was grounded out, you would lose everything it powers, not just a select few components. It is very easy to pull the radio, I would pull it real quick...replace any blown fuses and then try to operate the mirrors. If they work, then you can isolate to the radio. If the fuse blows with the radio removed, more than likely a power wire in a harness has rubbed to ground.

No I’ve pulled the radio and all that but those components still don’t work. I saw a thread a little while back guy with a 2019 had the same issue and said it was a bad ground in his accessories fuse panel but didn’t know which one it was.

Sorry holidays got me too busy but is this ground reachable without removing everything under and behind the dash?

You will need to remove a few things from the dash. Radio and AC most likely.

Sorry I’m good with taken things apart but not so much putting them together but would the heater core possibly be in the way.?? I believe I see the grounding point but it’s through the heater lines

Not at all. It should be visible just behind the AC controls.
