I agree with your point! This is subjective to person to person, for my needs these lights are great, but for your needs seem like the morimottos, alpharex nova or oem will better suit you.

Also, id add these are comparable to the alpharex luxx output in my opinion from comparison videos but main difference is these GTR's don't have sequential turn signals like the alphas only bottom side marker.

Do you have a 3 month update on the GTR headlights? I’m thinking about a pair

For the record, this is pathetically awful. And a precise example of exactly why one should not waste their money on these awful off-brand Chinese products. That beam pattern is beyond horrible and not one any credible manufacture would sign off on as compliant. But ahh but right, it is GTR which just re-flips garbage Chinese off brand lights to American consumers that didn't bother to do their research costing them a stupid premium. Sorry, but you've been had.

So far no issues. I definitely made the right decision by ordering these over OEM. I really cant complain about them. Yes the light pattern is not perfect but still better than my LED hallogens i had before so I'm happy camper especially at the price.

Have you run these GTR carbide LEDs before or do you know anyone who has and if so what was their experience?

No i had the auxbeam LED replacement bulbs before. The headlights are plenty bright in my opinion. I have drove in many dark country roads with no visibility issues, yes they arent perfectly bright to light up the moon but that's not what i wanted. I wanted to be able to drive normally not blinding incoming vehicles.
