Morning. Snowed a little, most fell from the convergence zone north. Currently in the 20’s so it’s all frozen. Nothing like Montana though so no complaints here. Stay Well…Stay Safe

I see more snow on the screen then on the ground! It's going to get cold here, but not Weesa cold. I hope that everyone in the path of this deep freeze stays safe.

$3.69/gallon here, much of it a state gas tax.

    Afternoon all :hattip:

Just got back from a Ortho visit at the VA and my doctor said my knee is looking good for being two months post op . He also mentioned my ROM is excellent and more than he expected to see

He said to continue doing PT at home and continue to strengthen the knee and see him again in 2 months

Dan,it was 32* this morning and some ice,but 33* all day and it has POURED rain all day. still raining hard.gonna watch local news to see how much, standing water everywhere and flash flooding small creeks. if it would have been snow it would have been A-hole deep to Shaq’s butt. i always heard 1” of rain is about 12” of snow give or take. ill take the rain anyday. turning to snow and sleet tonite.

all i know is its damn cold.
went out to sweep my steps - even with two sets of gloves on i could still feel the cold from the broom handle on my fingers.
i hung blankets in my windows and over my door just for a little help keeping drafts out. the blanket on the door has frost on it and the door contracted in the cold so i have an almost 1/2" gap to the frame
hurts to breathe outside - the snot inside your nose freezes. and your eyeballs freeze

i think they were fighting - looks like they were just throwing snow into each other's drives and then had a confrontation about it. still funny

is this your heart thing? take it easy V-Man, stressful time of year for everyone
    that was my guess too

 TEH MEESES! I wonder how many I can fit in my house? I must go out and round up all of teh mooses and keep them safe here
have only left the blankie fort to sweep my steps and check my mail. ain't venturing any further than that until this passes. if i miss christmas at my folks so be it. i hate traveling in this kind of weather
no falling iguanas but the christmas migration of gulfstreams is in full swing. been listening to planes whizzing overhead all day. at this temp the engines make a super awful screeching noise

    good news Chuck! :woot:
did your brother and SIL make it in OK or are they still traveling?

    also good news!

They fly out tommorow with a layover in Denver , and they're hoping to have a connecting flight to Nashville TN
