When mine went out a couple of years ago, I considered it. If it was electric, would've done it myself. I like to think I can handle these things but with the gas aspect, last thing I wanted was to blow up the damn house or half the block. Not to mention the city requires an inspection when they are replaced and the last thing I'd want is for some building inspector tag it out and tell me it was done wrong and had to be re-done.

So, I just paid the upsell cost of having Lowe's install it. lol

You would think they could expedite due to the weather, then again probably why they're so far out with scheduling - that and the holiday of course. Sucks.

Then you need to consider the nature of your relationship, power dynamics can present the appearance/possibility of coercion.

    Modern problems.... are confusing

    Here's my problem; trust.

I couldn't hire an assistant to trust with mostly anything important. I love our dynamic (wife and I) as we do things that compliment each other; she takes care of roles A B and C and I take care of roles D E and F.

Like Evan said, people in general are stupid AF and I have a hard time watching something not being done in the most efficient, trouble-free manner without finally stepping in and doing it myself.

On a somewhat related note; I am so glad I don't manage a dealership anymore! I hate micro-managing.

    And....damn USAA is fast.

Just noticed they already deposited the $498 I was scammed out of.

I recall it happening to @eon_blue for much more, but I had a charge from Dish TV for $498 bucks.

Was a one-time charge as shown on my statement so I had to cancel my card and get a new one sent.

When I did my dispute with USAA, they said it was an over the phone charge that seems to have taken place in Inglewood or something like that.

    Back+forth+low kick

And...damn I forget the 8 hit combo that ends in an uppercut, lk, lk, hp, hp, hp?

But with Motaro, he only gets "pushed back" instead of uppercut.

That's why I get 1/4 of the shit done that I should be. I just end up doing everything myself. Sucks. Gotta stop that.

I saw the leg lamp in someones front window in my town! My son was like daddy! There is that lamp from the movie. Classic. Gonna get a pic of it tomorrow.:rofl::rofl:
