There is a 2011 4runner at Carvana with 13k miles. How?

    And tempting.

That's curious. Really clean car, maybe someone's 2nd or 3rd car? But 2WD?

Could be like my dad's '14 Ram just tipped over 25,000 miles (I guarantee I put on at least close to half of them!).

He drives it to work once a month or so, a whopping 6 mile round trip, plus spring mulch bag trips to the hardware box store (maybe 9 mile round trip!)...

Hell of Thursday...started throwing codes like @Darkgoatracer 3miles into the morning commute.
    15A47BD7-8461-4080-AF82-FBBDC4C4D2FC.jpg

Then got a call from the wife...she got front end bumped by a big ass U-Haul. She is fine, two young 20 yr olds, the driver ended up being from Arkansas, no insurance, didn't immediately have his license, called (in foreign language) another guy who showed up with 2 others who produced the guys DL.

I'm on the phone with Kate and after she said something about two more guys than were there and heard them speaking in their native tongue, I told her she'd likely be needing to call the cops (mind you didn't know how he got her his DL so she could take a pic)...

They also were all trying to say it'll buff out she said, well she had already begun the call for police to write up this mess. There's so many other funny and what are the odds details she told me after she was done dealing with them, the police and notifying the insurance co.

She had a coworker actually witness the accident and as the cop was finishing up, her boss came out of the restaurant with a few appetizers!

Glad Kate is good, shitty news about both vech’s. Did you notice anything new before or after the warning light turned on?

@3pooches - Y’all have been on my mind a lot the past couple weeks. For me, remembering good times helps sustain me through the bad. I hope that you’ll share more memories / photos of the OG Sig as time passes, if it helps. We’ll keep the the spirit of Sig (& Kona) burning!

It's rough, but it does get better. It's a wound that will never heal. Even six years later I have to really work to get the something out of my eye.

Hope you and Tiff are making it otherwise. You guys need anything, text me.

Nope no sign or issue, heck the taco hadnt been driven for over a week, and I drove it Wednesday without any issue or warning lights.

Gotta see if it repeats today, I'll either see if an auto parts store will read the codes or rent out the obd reader, as I'm hoping it'll help nail down what's really tripping the codes!

Thanks JT. It’s hard to be sad when I think of Sig because he was always happy and we spoiled the shit out of him. We couldn’t have given him more attention or love if we tried. The sadness comes from the loss. much of our daily routine revolved around him, and now a lot of that is gone or has changed. Change is usually uncomfortable, loss requiring change hurts.

But he did make it on to the Christmas card this year! 59D50960-B2CD-4FDC-A162-5DC262695C18.jpg
