53* and rain right now

 

We got about 30mph winds right now by 2pm supposed to be down to 20° and by 8pm will down to 8

 

That's where we are now, about 8 degrees with a wind chill of about -15. Blowing snow on the sidewalk forced me to shovel it. There was about 3 inches on most of it, but I think much of it was blowing snow. We have probably have actually had an inch or 1 1/2 inches so far.

 

It's cold out but atleast it's not as cold as my family are dealing with out west.

 

Just a dusting in the south hills. Found the garbage can but not the lid. Have to go searching later.

 

The Pittsburgh area is actually not bad when it comes to extreme weather. We get our share, especially lake effect snow, but don't have the extreme cold or hot, or snow or natural disasters - like tornadoes, compared to other parts of the nation. Now, those up in the snow belt by Erie and those in the middle of the state or the Poconos, they probably get it worse, but Pittsburgh's weather isn't too bad overall. That's fine with me.

Enjoyed all of the rain the last two days, because it wasn't snow! I hope it doesn't ice up so we can cross into NJ tomorrow.

 

Let's hope the road crew keep the roads from freezing up. It's rain by me now but temps are dropping fast

 

My road crew guy was just outside my house, banging his windshield wipers off the windshield, I guess in an effort to get the ice off. I know because my alarm system went off.

 

That's a good alarm system

 

Don't need an alarm today with the wind blowing like it is!

 

just came in from playing outside with the doggos. Even they didn't want to stay out too long.

 

My alarm clock went off way to early this morning. He woke me up at 330am

 

Weather's changing quickly here in Berks. It was raining and breezy, now it is snowing. Pretty much what was forecast so far. Stay safe out there, and stay warm.

 

Good morning ALl. Wind has kicked up tons here in RoFo.

 

Went out and in by century 3 mall 1 degree! Went through pnc drive through Mac machine, windows were frozen in the leaf! Had to go outside to walk up machine!

 

that's cold......
