Zillow estimates this place to be worth almost $500K!

Having more than one garage is almost a necessity even if you only have one vehicle. Tools, yard and lawn equipment, workspace, and storage all adds up.

Id never take a roomate if my wife passes. I just dont like people enough to trust them with my access to my stuff. I enjoy my privacy.

I know it depends on person, blah, blah,blah...had a guy i worked with that lived in same apartments, that i helped him find a place to live( let him know a place came open to rent), dropped by one day from next door. I had a few different random movies on coffee table, after he left one of the movies was gone out of the case. I know it was there before he arrived. I know its small and petty. Point is i couldnt trust him. And this was a co-worker.

Come to find out he was a liar and thief of much bigger stuff...he stole some credit cards we used for travel expenses in military, from a few people at gym and at a party. And withdrew bunch cash, made charges etc.

He subsequently got kicked out of military a month or two later...

But point is dont depend on roomates to take care of your place, pay rent, pay utilities, expenses etc cuz they prob will let you down and trash your place.

On the other hand, for the guy with one car that he has someone else service, a push mower, snow blower and a few yard tools (you know, boring people - or maybe smart people :notsure:) the one car garage might be just fine.

I remember looking at some new construction houses and they all had what l would call 1-1/2 car garage. The garage door was wider than a single door but not as wide as a double-door.

I have a couple friends I trust enough to live with, both of whom have Aspergers like me.

My house is kind like that. You can technically fit two cars in there, but my mom's Murano and my dad's Yukon would never fit in there at the same time. My Tacoma barely fits in there because my dad has a fridge and a workbench against the inner wall...

Sometimes i see random garage doors open driving around. One guy down road has a single attatched garage and another shop detached. In the single garage is 68 or 69 camaro. Walls have all kinds of stuff.

Then theres other garages that are empty and only a car parked in ito_O while id like to be more organized just doest happen:annoyed:

Although that would not be ideal, it would be alot better than a single. Would free up some space around your truck without needing to squeeze everything in.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
I kinda want to ask them when they are going to finish it. That is the feel I get from it

It used to have blue vinyl siding and black shutters. It was without shutters and certain exterior trim pieces for the longest time, presumably due to supply chain issues...

My friend Mike and I swap video games and other, and if we lived together, we'd probably have a "my stuff is your stuff" policy with regards to borrowing stuff. We have probably a dozen game consoles between us, and his parents give me "all you can eat access" to the fridge in the garage when I'm there; Mike and I have been friends since 2008 and we've had disagreements but never fight. Mike would be the greatest roommate ever, and I would also love to have Anna as a roommate. Anna doesn't drive (yet), but she is in college and works two jobs. Our combined incomes could easily pay the rent on a 3-bedroom place.

My tires are brand new and probably have about a thousand miles on them, so the little rubber nubs are still present; I don't think I've encounter a flash freeze with tires this new...
