    Check build thread!
Indeed this is my exact issue, mine just happens to also run down the passenger footwell vent. As in, from the interior of the passanger side vent, as well as the exterior. I’m out of warranty so I’m gonna A. Deal with it B. Seal it with some RTV.

2021 Tacoma ACLB, 78k Km. Exact same issues as posted in first post. Took the drain tube COMPLETELY off and ran a wire thru it checking for clogs. None. Only happened while running AC on any setting that cools (not heats) and after a bit of time.

Just come across this, I had the same issue this year. Obviously, going into winter in New England, I wont be replicating it, but I will keep this in mind when warm weather comes again.

might try adding silicone to the entire seam instead of just that corner they did at the dealership. if that doesn't work guess i will have to have them replace it under warranty and rip my dash apart..
