2018 Constant burn turn signals.

Hey all! Before I go further, I’ve searched high and low here, but can’t locate anything. I used to own a 2009 with the constant burn yellow running lights. The new models don’t do this anymore, however I JUST was beside a late model Taco like mine (2018) and he had constant burn yellow turn signals making it look like the previous generation. How?

Guessing you don't have an SR5. All 3rd gen SR5s have them.

Those are only on the SR?/SR5 models for the 3rd gen, those aren't available on the TRD models.

 

I think he means always on. Not sure what he means by "running lights". Could be DRLs, could be raptor lights. Now if he's talking about an aircraft we'd have to start again.

That would explain it…… So I guess there’s no simple solution for a TRD OffRoad?

Lmao. DRL/Turn. I’ve been informed that the SR5 have it, but the TRD does not.

 

Yup it's an SR thing. Of course, you could always buy aftermarket LED headlights with the yellow DRL if you really really want them

OP, I’m quite confused what you are asking. If you are asking if you can get Daylight Running Lights (DRL) on a TRD off-road, I can tell you that my 2020 has them. I had never even heard about the concept until someone pointed them out to me 2 years after owning the truck. I now sometimes use them on overcast days instead of the headlights. I’m not sure why. I guess I just feel like being one of the cool kids sometimes.
