Props to you @BadDNA and it checks out. Rt 4 (?) From (89?) To queechee (?) Gets a bit rough but other than that VT roads have been pretty good to me.

I think it's between the interstate and queechee but it might be closer to Woodstock. There's one stretch about 2-3 miles where the rutts are BAD. Otherwise - roads are pretty good up there!

 

Ct roads are terrible New Hampshire rds are quite decent.

I've got a list of jobs waiting for spring to use it for. I can't wait.

I've got a B2601. The plow is great, once I learned how to properly use it on a gravel driveway. My first try, I put half of my driveway onto the lawn. The trick is to leave an inch or two of snow and compact that into the gravel, let it freeze solid and then scrape down to that level on subsequent storms. With the rear scrape blade on now, it's a game changer, I can offset the rear blade for extra width which cut down the number of passes needed. It also lets me get the bank pushed right into the ditch without getting the tractor too close, similar to a wing plow.

 

I'll agree with that. On the whole our roads in VT are pretty decent. They are WAY better than most MA and RI roads for sure.

 

yea I know it, it will fit 37s under it. I have some 32s to go under it for now, should be better than the 29s currently under it

Do you have the adjustable shoes for the plow? We had a gravel driveway growing up and set the shoes so the blade would stay up about an inch so it wouldn’t dig up the driveway.

I am expecting a learning curve for sure. we have similar tractors. You only have 4 hydro functions for the front correct? You can lift or lower, angle the plow side to side?

 

If you want to snag some adapters from yota, to 8x170, I'll GIVE you a set of wheels w/35 MTs .

My new wheels and tires should be here this week....
