Hot Wheels

I picked this up at Target last week buying some baby gifts. I think the truck and 962 are like 18 bucks for both of them. I just really wanted the 962 prototype.

It has Shell Livery without the Dunlop.

 

Kroger is where it's at in GA and AL for some reason

 

Today I needed windshield fluid. So I found a reason to drive 12 miles out of my way to hit the autozone in Windsor CO. Low and behold I found the most amazing thing ever. I think I might even open it, and play with it. Considering my love affair with Toyota is directly connected to my obsession with skiing. This find is like the holy grail for me. Sorry about the photo quality. But its already wrapped up for the 9 year old. Who is also obsessed with Toyotas, skiing and hotwheels.

The guys who drive these are like gods!

 

I had the original as a kid. Can you believe it was yellow? The graphic on it was some, I can't recall where airport authority.

 

That’s the only place I’ve been able to find Tacomas too. Will probably stop going anywhere else haha

 

Yup that was it. The signage is a little generic.

Christmas is tomorrow so I am going to be the first one to sneak in here and say Merry Christmas to everyone. Hope this finds everyone well and spending time with family. Hopefully this brutal snowstorm we just had doesn't wreak anyone's plans. I went to work yesterday it was 5 below and the fire department was on the roof with ladder trucks putting out one of our heating units that went up in flames. No damage inside fortunately. I have a lot of respect for those guys going out there in the middle of this storm and doing what they did. I was freezing just watching them.

 

I had a full day of work yesterday too, but I’m on vacation all next week. Both kids are home from college the next few weeks. Staying home for the holidays this year. Power is back on, lost it for a few hours last night. 13 degrees here right now and unbelievable windy out.

 

All the Hot Wheels are gone from my Target except the Shell Porsche 962 and carrier and their “exclusive” Target semi.
