I think JJ Abrams did a great job tying it all up. I know a lot of people didn't like them but I thought they were good.

Yup that's the one I'm thinking of. They used to have a Tacoma kit but it's been 5 years since I checked

Idk about an 8 but they fit pretty well in rx7's. Tacoma is as tight as it gets. Even the 240 has an inch or 2 more.

Merry Xmas! Hopefully this crazy weather chills out!

Damn bro! Congrats! Didn't know you popped a little one out! Cute as shit! Sweet beanie too!

@Kwikvette This is what 3 hours of fabrication defeat looks like. Can't cut the big shit without plasma and I don't have a damn compressor yet!

You were cutting that big ass behemoth?

Fuck, I wouldn't touch that thing unless I had that plasma cutter running or at least oxyfuel.

Speaking of air compressors, I want a nice two stager.

What kind you looking to get?

    Niiice

I need a press first, then I'll buy a brake kit.

27 gallon should be enough for general use, but ask yourself, are you ok with upgrading again later?

I say this because you also mentioned wanting to get a CNC setup later down the road.

My tank is only 25 gallons, but what's more important is how much air you can supply at a given pressure.

My setup is rated for 7cfm at 90psi which easily exceeds what my plasma cutter needs, but we'll see how that goes when I'm cutting something on the table in the next few weeks.

When I get building done ill get a belt driven big one and run lines. I just need something for my basement. Nothing worse than having a brand new plasma sitting 5 ft away while im getting my ass kicked really bad.

    It wants to eat!

I'm still debating on getting that machine torch; glad I bought a bunch of consumables a few months ago so I'll be cutting shit right off the bat on the new table.

Get yourself an air compressor then, and make sure you get at least 6cfm at 70psi.

With the hand torch, you won't go through consumables as fast. I'm still on the same tip and everything since new and I've cut a ton of shit. Just make sure to check that the electrode is screwed in every so often.

It's not a PrimeWeld thing, it's just something I've noticed in all blowback torches I've ever used; Hypertherm, Lincoln, and PrimeWeld plasma cutters required hand tightening the electrode after several long cuts.

K cool. I may just get something better. The bender needs a lot of air too. My 15 gallon takes like 10 min to make 1 90 bend.
