Guess I don’t understand that unless they are 2wd, even with extended travel you’re right on the line of too much for the CV’s. The outers start getting real unhappy.

1.5 inch spacer cause I haven’t tubbed my fender yet. Getting about 11.5 travel and will have close to 12.5 when I take spacer out. I could probably get more but my cv is limiting factor now

A 1.5in bumpstop spacer would be about 3 inches wheel travel.

Gotta clean up the fender flares... But I reached a milestone

    Caster is set
    Toe is set
Chamber is close, but won't know for sure until I set ride height.

Have to clean up the fender flares for sure... but full stuff and lock to lock is clear.

Were you considering the sua for the old or new truck?

The new. The new one is a 2wd Prerunner with a DK kit up front already. Is a perfect candidate for an SUA.

What's a good average start point for setting psi on Fox 2.0 air bumps.

    20221224_151113.jpg

I checked pressure in the one I didn't discharge (for fitting purposes, setting bump height) It only has 100 psi. I know I need more than that.

200-250. Work in from there. Going to differ a ton from person to person truck to truck.

Thank you! Totally get what you're saying. I know I'll have dial them in for me and my truck.

Really just making sure using 200 psi wasn't a bad idea to start at. Sounds like that is confirmed

200 psi is the factory setting but you’ll have to adjust accordingly. I’ve heard of some guys running as low as 70psi in the rear. You’ll probably end up running a little more with the leverage on the front.

Shit, I’m at 35 in the rear on mine. The bump zone in the shock slows things down so much on its own. I want to say I ended up at 130 or so up front after starting at 250. But again that’s with a shock that has a bump zone.

This is a bit old but here’s what mine looks like “done”. Note the wires are way too long on purpose. This is only going to be temporary until I chop up the wheel wells and move this stuff around.
