Bought new $21 Bendix Semi metallic pads to get me by until I performed the 13H Lexus Big brake upgrade in the Spring. Took wheels off to find that the OE driver's side top 13G caliper piston was stuck. Had to remove the caliper to retract the pistons. It appears that the boot is corrupted. I lubed it up and it appears and drives/ stops OK. This exact piston failed on my 2nd Gen. I worked it free for now, and noticed some rust on all of the pistons. I installed pads and will get to ordering the parts I need as the weather will be a bit warmer this week. Ironic that of the 4 pistons the same one failed on me twice. At least I got to use my new Rigid Octane Impact gun.

You mean OEM 13WG caliper and bigger 14WA caliper?

The lexus GX470 upgrade uses the 13WH caliper. Are you suggesting ones that require a bigger brake booster? I did this upgrgade on my 2nd gen and it was an improvement
