brutal...after I put my email and password in it refreshes and says someone’s email

 

I'm so confused now it's coming up as something else

 

I googled their LLC and found their phone number that they registered the business to. I messaged and the imessage delivered but no response.

 

I got through to them on Facebook, apparently they're switching to a new hosting platform causing website issues. They told me they're going to look into it.

 

Anyone able to log in with their pre-established username and password? I’m just stuck in a loop and the reset function doesn’t seem to work. I was going to treat myself to valley sport but now I’m not so sure since it seems fairly dead in here and over there.

I was able to get in touch with them through "contact us" on their website recently and they said this- "Our hosting issues have somehow lead to where we need to completely rebuild the website to restore account access. We are unsure on the timeline for this at the moment." So yeah I'm getting a re-gear done soon so I don't know what I'll do either... And when I first got a hold of them they said the company was asked not to post on here unless it was about tune updates. Not sure what that's about but there you go... hope this answers a few of your questions.

 

Thanks for that. Im just going to go back to KDM as at least I know it will be supported, and they are responsive. It not the $85 I don’t want to give to VT, it’s just the concern that if something were to go wrong and not be able to reach them. Oh well.

 

They're pretty responsive on the website (except when it was broken) and even on their Facebook page so I'm sure there's a way you'll be able to get in contact with them one way or another. Usually doesn't take too long either.

I had gotten in touch with jeff a couple weeks ago to get my download changed for my new 4.88 gears. I was as able to download them right off the website just fine. He did mention if you still can't log in to try and reset your password.

 

Anyway I can get my Non AGM Tune updated to an AGM tune?

 

Probably. The way it worked for me was I reached out to them with my order number through the "contact us" function on their website and they got back to me within a few days saying they updated my order to my new gear ratio. Just downloaded it off the website after that.

 

Does anyone know if the developer/Jeff/@TermLimits is still alive? This is just bizarre.

 

So is this tune no longer being supported?

 

The site works and I can log in and download my tunes. I just tried a second time to get them updated for an AGM battery. I tried last month and have not heard back from them. So, this time I included my order numbers.

 

Not heard anything back, so my hopes are not high at this point.

 

I tried months ago emailing them multiple times. Nada

 

Too bad, guess I will stop hoping.
