    Looks delicious! Garlic, onion, lemon, seasonings - check… lots of delicious seafood and potato, corn, sausage… quite righteous! I see those lobster tails you snuck in… bravo!

    Easy, I had left over egg white from the creme brule I made for Christmas.

    A bechamel that I melted the cheese into, folded it into stiff peak beaten egg whites. Into buttered and floured baking dishes and into a hot oven.

    Sweet and sour is easy to make… if you’re willing…

    typically your preferred preserves or jam (think orange, strawberry, plum, etc) and vinegar (apple cider, cane, etc. one of the muted vinegars.) Heat jam and mix in vinegar until you get the right ‘ting’. Continue to mix/stir and serve… Voila!
