The center cross bar? doesn't the zprecision installation instructions mention that center crossbar?

You’re being dismissive of another users perspective. Immediately saying it was installed wrong. Try being open minded. Others can decide for themselves what to do. Without any pictures though not sure if I or others have a whole lot to go off to compare. Would certainly help more than you have so far

Im experiencing this exact problem. Not proud to admit it, but I bought the AJT trying to save money but now I wish I just went with zprecision :frusty:

Regarding the installation video, I saw the part about moving the center crossbar all the way back. Maybe that was for certain models but mine did not have it.

Mine did the same with the AJT. It throws things off a bit and the console on my 2017 now had a slight gap.

Anyone have any pics of the Z holder with regular, paper coffee cups you'd get in a gas station, convenience store, (WAWA or Sheetz in PA)? I am curious as to how these fit with all the extra space and being those cups are much more narrow. I can't believe I am posting this, haha!

Installed the ZPrecision cup holder - you can keep the center spring loaded "thingy" in there to help hold smaller vessels, but I've starting putting my coffee cup in the cup holder directly in front of the center console instead, and keeping my big water bottle in the forward cup holders.

I don't have a picture but i've put multiple paper cups in there and they hold just fine. the center spring loaded divider works really well for this.

I was having fitment issues with my Hydro with the center spring divider installed so I took it out. Haven't had a single smaller sized cup spill once. Even with Starbucks sippy lids. The drink will move within the cupholder, especially without the divider, but not enough to cause catastrophe, at least not how I drive lol

Can none of you not drown yourself in 1/2 a gallon of water every hr without dying ? I haven’t used my cup holders since getting the truck. Eating and drinking in the car is for slobs

Haha! Believe me, I don't eat and drink in my truck other than a cup of coffee once in awhile which I tend to keep a hand on because of these damn cupholders designed by the Flintstones (square-ish)!
