I’m from the land of Chick-fil-a, aka Georgia and I’ll just say if all Chick-fil-A runs and operates like they do here then it’s a well oiled machine with the warmest friendliest helpful staff in all of fast food. Where as the lines are always long, most stores push the cars through at a fast pace. Also if you’re the store owner/manager and can’t keep with the pace, corporate will either buy your share back or move you to a store with less business (pay cut for that person). Most people here wish we could get them on Sunday. So don’t be afraid of those long lines. Hop in line and get you some of God’s chicken.

When the local hospital in Bangor, Maine had problems with bottle necks when they set up their COVID vaccination clinic they literally asked the Chick-Fil-A manager to visit the clinic and offer his insight into how they could improve the flow of people through the clinic. He stopped by, offered his advice, they followed it and eliminated their problem.

 

I honestly don’t know how Chick-fil-A does it. I do know that they have a good amount of staff on at all times. But you would think other outfits would want to figure out how to be as efficient and to turn more revenue which would and should equal more profits.

 

Pretty simple. They have a super limited menu and the workflow has been optimized.

Too bad their owner actively funds hate groups.

 

If that's the case then why can't In N Out look at their line of 30 cars and think "hey maybe we should throw on a few more patties since that's literally all we offer"

(well, that and their Honda Rigeline of french fries for @greenEFSI)

 

TBH I hardly ever eat any french fries lol, but they make burgers like starbucks coffee. You can ask for extra crispy buns, burgers with 4 paddys, extra this or that, blah blah... So every order is unique, hence the ridiculous lines.

 

Soooo, looks like TRD Pro meetup in Moab will also have chicky sandies catered in.
