    Being thrifty was hard wired into my DNA from the factory. :laugh:


    Generally I have tea in the early morning - I'm not even 100% sure I'm alive at that point yet so a less than a favorite tea is the least of my worries. :pccoffee:

    New Year resolution for me is to spend some time on a weight/exercise machine I purchased off a friend several years ago. Lately (last 5 years at least) I've begun to realize some loss of strength. Dr told me a decade ago that men over 40 something lose a percentage of muscle every year. That being said though, a coworker in Arizona complemented me after we took turns torqueing up a couple of large flanges, said they had guys half my age that couldn't hang...April of '21
    Just feel like it wouldn't hurt to see if I can get into a habit of spending a little time exercising.

    For those who might remember my ROW battle with my next door neighbor - his family visited over the holiday and were ghosting just like my neighbor. Not a single Merry Christmas or wave from any of them including the grandkids..

    I don’t know how we’re the bad guys by asserting whats clearly in his deed but it’s reinforcing our thoughts we’d rather be living on acreage with no neighbors at all.
