Glad it helped. I'm keeping the multi-mount panel; waiting on the brackets. I reached out to Desert Does It, they responded in under an hour and will refund the jackers when I send them back. Great company.

Totally agree. Love the truck, disappointed with the power outlets and Qi charger.

Spent most of the week last week painting and color matching this new C4 rear bumper! Turned out pretty good for having used rattle cans I think! Looking forward to the added clearance from moving the hitch up. Using Diode Dynamics for the rear lights, had to modify the included mounting bracket but wasn't too crazy to do.

Where is the hitch located? Behind the license plate? Bumper looks great!

Yup just behind the license plate, it flips up and the hitch/trailer connector is tucked back there!

Yup just some vinyl! I can't remember which site I got it from actually, but looks like there are a handful of vendors that have it if you search for tacoma tailgate wrap

My new Tacoma was delivered with hard water/acid rain spots/streaks on all of the windows. It looked like other cars I've had that were a decade old. Odd thing is.... when the windows are dry it looked perfect, when wet they looked like this...

    20221228_144438.jpg

Nothing, I mean NOTHING I tried would take it off... Goof Off, acetone, nothing. It's like a "shmootz" film that resists everything.

A buddy at work brought me some stuff... swore by it...

    Sud Factory water spot remover

The stuff is AMAZING! one application & the windows are crystal clear. What's on the windows is actually etched on the surface, this stuff is a very mild abrasive that polishes it out. Water now slides off in sheets... it won't spot 'cause the water has nothing to hang on to.

I can probably count on one hand the number of things I've tried in my life that actually did what they say... this is one.

    Nice tires man,
Got the same ones but in 285/75/16. A lot better than than wildpeaks. Had poor experience with them wearing way to fast. My E rated rubitreks where quieter than my 32 c rated wildpeaks.

    Enough for now
Alright I’m sure I’ll take some heat and questions but here it is. Bought some cheap fairly well fitting fender liners to cut and fit into my wheel wells. I recently cut my fenders and flares and despite it not raining for six months in San Diego we have a wet couple weeks ahead. This is the passenger side and while it may look like a chop job it did it’s job and kept my exposed intake much drier and cleaner today on my rainy ride to work. This is a temporary fix as I have more major mods lined up and then need to decide cowl intake or dorkel I mean snorkel.

I was able to tuck both sides up better after this photo was taken. Note to self, save your liners or have a plan when you cut fenders and flares
