For the sake of my marriage, I really can't! I appreciate it, but I need to stick to stock wheels and tires. It seems to tow well now, everything is set up and level, the 34
s look pretty good in the wheel wells. I can't (and shouldn't) rock the boat.

64 here in the south of Boston area. Took advantage of the beautiful weather to head to the range.

I think the 35s would look good on my 4runner for summer but I don't have any toyota wheels for 20s and I don't even know if they make adapters and if that would fit regardless

Hey yall so my truck has been making some noises since taking it on the trail after toys fir tots. Still trying to figure out what is causing it but my cross member is just a hair dented in and is this supposed to click like this? All the u joints seems fine. Not consistent or rotational noises. It's like when shifting and turning at times. Need to pull wheels off at some pint to inspect further.

One is dedicated for email one was dedicated for our MRP system, and one portrait orientation for reading documents. Usually the vertical screen was my email screen too unless I needed to overlap.

Personal computing I basically use my phone and that's it. But as a desk worker I use the shit out of 3 monitors. Now I'm down to 2 and my laptop instead but it's a standing desk so win some lose some.

That on the tcase? If so, then yes, it's the gear backlash. You'll need to hold both sides of the ujoint and see if you have play that way (hold tcase or pinion side stationary and the driveshaft side try to move) to check for play in the ujoints themselves

I'd say that normal. Mine does it, it's the backlash in the gears and the sprocket and chain lash in the tcase

I tried getting a 3rd monitor to work with my setup at work, but our docking stations are trash. We finally went from circa-2006 19" monitors to 24" monitors and I had a plethora of 19s to play with. I was playing with USB to VGA which I could get the PC to recognize but not display anything on. I didn't care enough to try and more.

I got my door bowl LEDs connected up yesterday. I dig they a lot more than I ever thought I would.

My fairly ancient Acer has two HDMI and one VGA port. I use a fairly low "Element" TV as the third monitor. I think I paid five dollars for it and another eight to buy a remote on Ebay. The remote is because you need that to change things like the imput. It's small which is why I bought it.

Took a few minutes this morning to touch up the woolwax. The can of fluid film didn't cut it. It all washed off so it was warm enough I filled the compressor and wheeled it over after and warmed a quart of woolwax.

    Also, happy new year!

I have three 24" monitors at work, but because I run everything off my laptop on a Thunderbolt dock, I can open the lid for a fourth smaller display in a pinch.

I only have two monitors in my home office, but a similar docked laptop setup. It gives me the flexibility to connect either my home or work laptop at home - very helpful if I need to get some off hours stuff done.

All this talk about monitors reminds me of a pic I took of my work monitor the day I retired in 2018. It's a shot of my Outlook calender for the next month. Blank. I waited a lot of years to see that.

Fun fact, Outlook's calendar range is wild. It starts at the year 1600 and heads out to something like the year 4400. I thought about putting some historical events into my calendar to see if anyone noticed.
