Might be able to get away with expanded steel on some angle iron over water or something

 

Great idea, but really the best and cheapest would be "floating".

The slag and dross created won't hurt concrete but it'll stain it. It's the only reason why I place the galvanized plate below anything I cut.

 

was thinking a 3’x3’ stainless water heater pan that I use for trannys and shit w fluid and putting this shit (have a 4x8 sheet) like at the top w an inch or so of water. I just need it to stop the smoke and debris w my small space.

it would be just like a plasma table only the backyard variety. Lol

How far are you from Monterey from Fresno? That's always an option for us?

 

Well, I lived in Monterey County so from there to where I'm at now is only 2.5 hours away.

From home to Fresno downtown I'm maybe 20 minutes away; even less than that to my favorite metal supplier.

 

i sure did love cruising around the roads there and listening to music while bsing with you, it reminded me of a simpler time

Evening all,

I think my start is about to go out. It's been taking a lot longer the past few days to turn.
Anyone have any experience pulling it out of a 4 door? I did it on my xtra cab but I heard there's more to mess with on a 4dr.

Also any recommends on remans or a rebuild kit?

Should be no different; if you've done it on an auto 4x4, any other variant will be easier. Seeing as how you have a DC, it'll be the process again being an auto.

Get a kit that replaces the plunger and contacts.
