I run 4.88 with my 37s and it drives basically like stock. I find most people overthink these ratios a lot, but in practice, if they drove both back to back without knowing they probably wouldn't notice much difference. It's only a 200rpm difference which isn't really a lot in the grand scheme of things. Probably notice more difference with a 10lb heavier tire.

    I'm going to try these.
They came recommended with my LT kit.
And I will definitely run a limit strap

They also match the copper top of the wine bar I built :)

Just setup the install date of my LT and 37s for mid Jan.
New rear, front locker and 4.88s 60-75 days out
    :bananadance:

    2007 Tacoma reg cab 4x4 on 37's; 2021 TRD Offroad, 6 speed
    37's,lockers, bumpers, bobbed etc.
Did some checking today...I think I can pull another inch or so out of the front bumps with no repercussions. Still need to do a Lil more trimming on the cab mount. Also need to upgrade to a 14" shock in rear and trim those bumps as well.
