Had a pair of these installed a couple days ago and everything works except passenger side low beams, any ideas as to what this issue could be?, I bought these from a TW member open box but never used

The same shit everyone else has.
    Post details about the lights.

    What projectors? Harness? Ect.

There’s been a ton of issues with that company selling really janky products and people having a ton of issues.

That's a lot better than some of the other "vendors" on this forum. Have you received your yet? Mine took me 21 months to build LOL. I put them aside a few times because I was busy with other things. To build a quality set takes a lot of time. Next time I'd pay someone, 100%. If I spent the same amount of hours I spent working on them, working extra hours at work, I probably could have bought a couple sets.

They shipped and I should have them tuesday (supposedly).

I genuinely believe that they could have communicated better. There is no way they’re churning out that many sets with as much difficulty as they said they were having with acquiring materials. I also believe if you cant secure your materials and you can’t be straight with your customers without them having to pry over two months with more than a dozen emails, you shouldn't be in business at all. With their current business model and all the “clout chasing” they do on the internet, they will not be in business for many more years.

I’ll have my full opinion formulated when the package gets here, IF IT EVER DOES.

Hopefully they don’t show up with the rear of the assembly full slathered in sealant. Some of the shit they were churning out for GX470 customers was straight crap.

That sucks, but probably better than not using enough sealant and having moisture issues. Still not very professional though.

Just received my lights and I am very much less than impressed.

    1. I was told they only use new components, the rear housings are clearly used and the back sides are filthy showing they’ve been mounted on a vehicle before.

    2. The rubber headlight to hood seal on the driver’s side is sliced with a razor blade and not even properly glued to the headlight. Unusable.

    3. There is a visible hole in the bottom corner of the sealant on the driver’s side headlight under the turn signal.

    4. The included harness has zero instructions and is complete and utter garbage. No labels. Very very low build quality.

    5. The internal glue came loose in the passenger side light and little chunks of dried glue were floating around inside the housing. I was able to get some of it out.

    6. Their packaging allowed the back sides of the lights to rub together in transit during shipping, damage will not be visible when they’re installed but they could have slid something between the two lights….

    7. There are no sockets for the turn signals or marker lights. Furthering my belief that the housings are used.

I will be making a thread with a full writeup and pictures. I’ll link it here when I have it posted up.

Can anyone comment on the BX built projectors themselves? I built a set of acme h1's about a year and a half ago and am looking to upgrade the optics.
