Holy shit those fog lights look good, I was about to get the arb fog light kit for their bumper. Did you need to do any special modifications to install them?

The Elka boot are weird but it seem to keep the dirt and water away from the rod. They are long and with the position of the rod-end it look like they are bend. I'm sure i will change them in the future since they rub a little on the axel but they are made with good material and they are still soft even with sub zero temperature.

That bumper is super sick! I wish I can get on in my location. It’s too heavy to get it ship overseas.

Just added a MaxTrax Recovery Board Quick Mount to the Prinsu. I was planning to mount to one of my RSI Smartcap wing doors but was concerned about the double wall buckling/warping with the attachment hardware and also didn't want to swap the gas struts if the mount and two MaxTrax boards were too much weight making the internal molle unusable without the strut upgrade. I had plenty of roof space even with Bajarack Adventure Jerry Can Holder, Yakima Road Shower 7 gallon, KickAss Shower enclosure and ARB Awning and tent installed (but not currently).

Finished the sound system upgrade. Kicker k series speakers front and rear doors, audio control DSP amp, sound ordnance 8" sub under the passenger seat. Now that it's all back together you can't tell it's there. Sounds good though.

Got some new shoes. Going to try these 37s XTs out. I know the Pat MTs seem to be a mixed bag.

Sorry, forgot to respond the other day. Yes, over the last year I have actually replaced every suspension component in the front end except for the LCAs. But I did also add the sway bar drop spacers for peace of mind. I was so desperate to find the source of the noises that I bought a GoPro just to help me narrow it down. So I dont think the sway bar is an issue anymore (after retorquing the end links), but you’re right, I should put the GoPro on them again just to make sure.
Im pretty sure my remaining bang on the tight turns is coming from my LCAs (the bushings are so gone that the right LCA is allowed to slide back and forth 1/2-1”).

Almost done my retros. Got them aimed up last night. There were some more adjustments after this picture was taken. The driver side was a little higher than the passenger. Most important part was to set the level. Output is amazing, much cleaner cutoffs and more output than the "Ultimate Headlight Upgrade" I've been running the last few years (upgraded harness with high output halogens). Final assembly tomorrow hopefully...

I know people have talked about this extensively on here, but thought Id ask - was the sound deadening mat worth the effort?

I tried doing my hood a couple of years ago with duplicolor and an expensive professional 2 part clear coat since that’s what everyone said was the only way to go. Prepped and cleaned everything properly, followed all of the instructions and timelines on the cans, and my clear coat still peeled off less than a year later. I know lots of people have had good luck with rattle cans, but I didnt at all.

I decided to try some diy vinyl wrap next and Im loving it. I used a brand on Amazon with good reviews that was cheaper than the big brands because I thought the first attempt might be a throwaway. It’s not a color match, but it looks good, is way easier than painting, and was waaaaaaay cheaper than the paint and clear coat that didnt last.

Probably. It didn't make the road noise any better, but things in the door rattled before the upgrade and I haven't heard any rattle after the install. That might be because I ziptied all the wires up better, it might be because the sound proofing.

Nope! The bolts the fogs come with are M8s. So I grabbed a M8 rod and cut it into 4 sections (two for each fog one on either side) threw some lock tight on it, sandwiched some bolts on and it was good!
