Picking this little lady up next week (white and black one). They’re pitbull/poodle cross, and she is a total sweetheart.

Picked Tessa up from her second day of day care in a row. She likes it there and plays all day. Yesterday, she didn't get past the step to front door without needing a short nap.

 

A Friend of mine has a pair of Basset Hounds. Last week the female had a litter of puppies. So I created this video.

Ever since I saw Smokey and the Bandit I've wanted a Basset Hound. To bad they are so far away.

Stella is the Dark Grey German Shorthair Pointer, Cordelia is the White/Black GSP.

Then, we went hiking in Talladega National Forest, I think this was Pinhoti Trail/Lower Shoals Shelter.
Afterwards, we got to drive through a pretty lengthy trail.

Well worth the trip as Fen, Stella & Cordy were worn the hell out!

This was our first time meeting them as well as Fen’s.
My Sister-in-law got the dark grey one(Stella) about a year ago.
Then, she got the white & black one(Cordelia) about 4(?) months ago.
They turned out to be the friendliest and most affectionate little buddies for both humans & Fen.

Thankfully, the early fireworks going off in our neighborhood don’t seem to bother him too much.

 

Spot on the back and all. I didn’t see a face shot of the GSP but ours has a sliver of grey down the face. Awesome pups. LOTS of energy!

 

No. There’s no sliver of grey down the front of her face. She has a solid black face. Yours is a good looking dog.
How old? And what’s his/her name?

And you’re right. They had tons of energy. Fen typically has buckets of energy to spare as well. Luckily, they got along really well .
They played the entire first day we were there. Second day, we went on our hike, must have been about 4 miles and it wiped them all out.

They were all great with the kiddos too.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them.

 

Same parents, two years apart, can’t do anything without the other one by its side.

 

Saw this to night

 

Tilly is her name and she is roughly 1.5 years old. Might be getting a little sister in the next few months too. We recently moved to a new place of our own with 14 acres and nobody near us so she has tons of space to burn her energy. She’s FIXATED on catching the frisbee so she still needs our attention nonstop.

 

Tessa didn't quite make it to midnight. Neither did Sampson.
