Here are two things I didn't know that I do now. 1) BAMF hangers only work with SOA and stock springs, 2) the poor design only allows for a 4 3/4" long shackle. This and after hacking up their shock tower to make them longer I think I'll stay away from BAMF.

That may be a little harsh, don't you think? Judging a company's quality and product when you're trying to use it for the incorrect application? The stock shackle length is like 3.4" on a Tacoma. These products were never intended to be used on a SUA setup.

Perhaps saying "poor" design, maybe just "design", doesn't allow for longer shackles.

Right but running a longer shackle on a truck with stock geometry is counter productive. You'll loose ride height and up travel on a truck that has very little bump travel to begin with. BAMF just made a product that fits the existing limitations.

IMO if I were to do an SUA setup I'd do inverted shackles like the JD Fab setup. Seems to be the best option if you're going that route.

Well... the moment I've been treading has finally been realized. My cab has started to crack around the body mount. Anyone else experience this and what was your remedy? I was thinking of just trying to weld it back together but the metal is thin. Maybe I'll have to add a piece of sheet and weld both sides?

I'll post a pic up soon.

@Yotamac has had to repair his. Pretty sure he welded in some new plate. I'll get him to chime in.

Anyone have experience with wheel speed sensors and wires off of Amazon ?

OEM is like $400 and Amazon is sub $100.

the wire is OEM, but sensor is knock off.
Cheapest I found just the OEM sensor is still $194. Don’t trust the Chinese one, but also I could get 13 of them before breaking even with an OEM.

I’ve got experience with both cheap harness and sensors and haven’t had any issues.
