Nothing like a curious Horse sticking it`s nose into a Porcupine.

That was in Vermont I have no porcupines here were I live or most likely I would have had one inside.

Note:. You would never have died at work.

Only one that can pronounce you dead is a doctor.

Businesses do not have doctors on site. You will always have died at a hospital.

That pallet weighs a long ton. I know for a fact that the 3rd gen isn't rated for that...

I concede to that point. Lots of times the Coroner comes to the scene .

Unless it would have been one of those real messy Industrial accidents like a house being dropped on me.

Bivouac, i feel terrible ur friends left. I havnt had any real friends since school days...after highschool i started to realize most were just using me for things...tools/mechanic work, girls/activites, money.... my wife is my best friend now...but she knows she has a different bond with me. Im not tryin to get all soft but a bro bond is different...
Edit-all my friends are gone too.

Actually, I do understand. My best friend got diagnosed back in the 90s when we worked as iron workers building bridges. Doctor told him to find another line of work. He’s tried over the years and went 100% disabled. Surgeries to cervical, thoracic, lumbar and coccyx (fusions and rods). Has hip issues that are passing with monthly “shot/injections”. He sleeps on a futon type mattress on the floor as anything else is near impossible to get up from. His days go from I can’t even get up… to I can tinker for several hours… depending. He tries, but can’t promise anything. It makes him a terrible friend, but knowing him so long, I don’t care. He tries, so he gets any accommodation I can offer. I’m sure you’re a good guy too. Give yourself a break, so others can enjoy the good parts.
Someone else told you previously to check into replacements again (or other advancements). Please do so. Things have changed over the years where things with him were in-patient. Some of those are outpatient or even in-office procedures now. One of them I wheel-chaired him in and he walkered out after 2 hours, so go figure that one! Chin UP!

Fuck porcupines. I see one of those dicks in my yard it’s lights out. Had one walk down my street through my back yard and hit my dog who was on a run. Bye bye quill pig.

Mine was a mutt (she’s since passed on) sweet tempered and given the number of quills in her (12 or so) she didn’t go after it. Given that quill pigs are near blind I give them the benefit of the doubt in the woods. I had one almost run into my deer blind a few years ago, I just made some noise and he shuffled off. Come into the back yard at my dog? Game on. Same as a skunk.

I don't. They just wonder out in the road. We are taught not to swerve to miss an animal.

Have you every had a pet or a Animal have a very expensive vet bill or need to be put down??

The Child who thought it was a cat?

Because Of a Porcupine encounter ?? You might change your mind.

Years ago it was suggested to not really kill them because they make good emergency food and can be killed easy.

    To each there own.

So have you been breeding and releasing them??

It is a moot point I have none Here but I can see your point.

just like skunks I still like them after being sprayed 4 times now I never try and kill them

I am really trying but I am having a hard time with being nice to snakes.

They seem so calm sitting there eating, from the look of the tree I was expecting something rapid and violent with bits-o-tree flying in all directions.
