Made a quick stop on my way home for Christmas to drive Broken Arrow trail in Sedona Arizona - done this every couple of years. I was able to run the trail early enough in the morning to be the only one on the trail which was nice not having to deal with other vehicle traffic.

Not a bad way to spend the morning, looking forward to driving again sometime in the future.

Looks like the weather is looking good out there. Hopefully it stays the same during the MLK weekend as I plan to spend a couple of nights in Sedona. Gonna hit this trail again, Soldier’s pass and scenic Schnebly Hill.

Schnebly hill may not be open. Its usually locked at the top during winter. So you would have to go in then back out from the Sedona side. Maybe some of the Flagstaff guys would know more than me tho.

Thanks I’ll be on the lookout and check the trail report.

 check the AZ section and there is a flagstaff thread you can ask too. Those guys know all the trail conditions and pretty much anything else you would want to know for your trip.
