It's cheap and readily available, whenever I make it I just make a pound at a time and throw it in the fridge. Use it for pad thai and garlic pan fried noodles and it's delicious. And much more accessible than "asian noodles" usually.

Wife was choosing. I actually was craving a steak and cheese sub. I literally made a 2hr slow cooked bolognese with pulled pork and pepperoni, green peppers, red wine…over rotini the night before.

Them and they’re fucking dotmatrix printers. It really was 50% the fault of the investors for being so greedy they made it so easy for him. That combined with his compulsive need to satisfy his clients by making more money. It was a perfect storm of greed and stupidity. I've got a chuck roast in the fridge I'ma be doing sometime this weekend probably. I don't have any sauce at the moment but I might have to make me some. I do mine easy - roast the tomatoes, food processor, and then simmer for a couple hours with the seasonings.
