Any mounting issues with the rims?
A lot of folks opted not to get them due to having to shave down the rear hub a bit.

Zero issues with these. That hub issue was on the newer style (Trail/Newest Pro), and I believe FSW has corrected since then.

Ahhh I totally missed these were FSW, I do before they had zero issues. Guessing it was 90% of the OEM wheels.

You're welcome, its SL rated light tires and the 4Runner SEMA wheels are light as well, so that helps. Getting it dialed in and everything comes together nicely. I swear its the best my truck has ever been.

They look great! Hoping when I order my suspension next year, wheel/tire selection will come a long with it. :)

It works well for me, super simple, not a lot of money and its just a good old simple from Bilstein 5100s with a block in the back. Sometimes keeping it simple is best. I wanted my truck to look like it came from the factory like this, nothing too fancy as all I'm doing is around town driving and maybe a little on the beach so its was a good set up for me with the wheels and tire size too.

Honestly it's like stock + which is what I want. I have the TRD shocks on already but I'm thinking of going to the full 2" now and maybe a custom rear leaf for the back.

All lighting are led, wheels, tires, 5100 lift, pro grill, bed light, seat covers, door sill protectors.
Does anyone know the part number to the 1/2" (0.5") block that comes on the TRD pro? All.i could find is the 1" from the OEM TRD lift kit.
Or if anyone is selling theirs, lmk. Thanks

Well, the lift is finally on and got a wicked deal on some TRD takeoffs with damn near brand new tires. Ended up going with 1” AAL in the rear and I’m not mad about it

A little late to this party; got my first Tacoma in October, 2018, and traded it in September last year for a 2022. Just joined TW over the Xmas holidays, but have been lurking for many years.

Anyway, Canadian price for the TRD Lift kit, fully installed, added 2815 $CDN (2035 $US). Sold the old shocks and shackles online for $200, so net cost ~$2600 ($1880 US). Fully covered by 3/60 (km) warranty and they took care of all the alignment and tweaking needed. I also paid, in 2018, $570 (around 400 $US) to have a Heritage Grille installed on my previous truck, so that my wife's Tacoma and mine would match, so getting it "free" as part of the lift kit on this one was a big plus.

I see some of you online think it's overpriced at the dealers, but I thought it was fair value for the product/labour/peace of mind. Not something I could/would have installed myself.

That's a fantastic look. I went with 16" on my 3rd gen and regret it. If you go 285 you have to go 10 ply on a 16" and I do not like how 10 plys ride on these trucks.

What is the factory rim offset? These zero offsets look sweet. Also, stock caps fit perfect?

I believe stock TRD OR wheels are +25, Sport might be even more (+30?).

The 0 offset plus wider wheel makes a huge difference in stance over stock. Caps come with the wheels and fit perfect.

I considered he TRD lift kit through Toyota, but they wanted too much ($3,200). Now I’m looking into the 5100 all around and AAL in the rear.
I’ve heard that setting the 5100 on the highest setting (2 inch), makes the ride awful. Does anyone have experience with that? If so, it sounds like you can get new (longer coils - maybe 887s) so that you can keep the 5100 on “0” setting. Would this help the ride? If it does, what size spring would be best to gain the same 2 inch lift? Daily driver.
    2021 TRD sport.
Planning on running 275/70/17 with 0 offset wheels.

Anyway, for those who have the lift kit on the full 2 inch setting, how is the ride quality?

Best bet is to get the new coils. Headstrongoffroad has a chart here to help with selecting the right ones. You can also just get the trd shocks like myself and others. Most people spend less than 500 on the set. Ride quality on the full 2" should be fine i run them at the mid setting without issue. I think the load rating of the tires will affect the ride more than what coils you use.
