Throwing some parts at the AMG to resolve a misfire. Spark plugs were finger tight, but not original. The injectors look to be completely original with a ton of carbon build up. Fingers crossed this fixes it.

I didn't mean to imply that they'd be top-tier horns, but I assume they'd be an improvement over the "moped horn" in a '98?

Go to any early 90’s General Motors car that had dual horns installed, those will be an improvement.

Zuk doesn’t do mail in diff rebuilds anymore huh? That sucks

Really thinking the tundra will be getting regear this year to finally bring the ratios back in line.

3.91 stock 265/70r17 stock size, on 255/80r17 now. Was thinking 4.30 might be the move. Or I can be cheap and do 4.10 since those are a dime a dozen

If you’re looking for easy, I did the Piaa superior bass horns and they’ve been great. Much better than the moped buzzer.

    those sound great

I rocked the hella sharp(super?)tones but they kept seizing up, probably knockoffs since they were from Amazon lol

I think I just have the HF low tone installed rn as a bandaid

I don't blame you. My experience with ecgs has not been good.

Oh the Tesla was definitely thrashed. I'm not that big of a fan of it either compared to the other stuff they make. I'm more of a fan of the smaller builds they do. They look like so much fun to rip around. Power to weight ratio off the charts.

35s are somewhere down the line once I get the new SC w/ haltech up and running so I can spin em with this damn 4cyl

The spectating was lacking for the race last year. The most entertaining was the parties on chocolate thunder at night. It's still a fun time regardless though with friends. Too bad you're not going this year, But I get it with how far of a drive it is. If it makes you feel any better it's only 2.5 hours more for you than it is for me and I'm in the same state.

We need more 1st gens to represent

The super tones were too sportscar for me and didn’t seem right on a slow taco.

I still want one of the horns that plays songs with the little keypad on the dash. They were great back in the day

IT can suck it. I shouldn’t need to get out a different laptop and use a phone hotspot just to do a git pull.
