Yeah. These plus the coolant, a clamp set, and a 6in vice came out to $2900

lol cityfolk in the country are always entertaining. at first.

i'm learning that i'm somewhat anti-gun.

but not for the reasons you're thinking.

first, i live in the city, but also, i'm anti-gun for the same reason i'm anti-lamborghini.

i'm not opposed to others owning or using them, but they're just too expensive for me!

the gun is always cheap. but then there's ammunition, and then scopes, grips, attachments... yeah, it's easier to not have one than to have one and try to avoid the mods for it.

things are going to go south pretty fast from this point unfortunately. i've seen that episode, rerun's suck.

this was exactly how the local race track got shut down.

used to be it was about 10 miles into open farmland, no one cared, everyone had a good time. races used to go from 6pm to 2 in the morning sometimes. it was a good time, but was a little out of hand. but then the farmland got bought up and developed. suddenly they're building high end houses 1/4 mile away from the track. we all laughed "what did they expect, building a million dollar houses behind the pit area?!?" after the houses started going up, noise complaints started.

first, they started cutting hours, racing stopped by 11pm. but the noise complaints still kept piling on. now it's a park, but they kept the grandstands in place just to taunt everyone.

this is the same town that's outlawed trailers from driveways(taken straight from their code enforcement website).
