    Small table like that a bucket or two hold be fine. I have an elaborate dual container setup it works good but plumbing pity. Uses air to refill it. You'll also need some additive to the water to prevent rust. Some people use wash soap. It doesn't work that great. Leaves white crusty shit on table. I use sterling cool https://www.cuttingfluidsdirect.com...ut-premium-plasma-cutting-fluid-5-gallon-pail mixes 20:1 so it goes a long ways. By the way plasma cutting is messy..............
    Here's a quik drawing of how my water system is set up. My table holds about 9 gallons full.
