    Wife's niece's husband got a very nice table a couple years back. Invited us over.

    Husband was talking shit about how good he was. I told him I didn't want play, it had been 25 years since I played last.

    Finally got talked into playing him.

    I smoked him every game.

    He sold the table right after that.

    It was funny how those useless skills stayed with me.

    Something like that you should be very aware before buying the property .

    Then I could never live that close to anyone. I can only see my neighbors in the winter when the leaves are off.

    Here each property needs to be 10 plus acres One property has 5 acres grandfathered in when that law was passed.
