Does anybody out there know if these will fit a 2017 tacoma sr 4wd? I don't know why she wrote 5 lug.. and how bad will it hurt to run 2 different tires? Mine are bald now anyway so if I can get these cheap and last a while it might save a little money.

No link to what your asking. Sounds like they are 2wd wheels, by your description. Also no you can't run two different sizes on a 4wd.

The BFG's look pretty well worn down, do you need an all terrain tire?

Whom knows what they are from, she's guessing. Center bore needs to be 106.1 bolt patten 139.7 to fit your truck. Tacoma is hub centric. Never seen those before.

The tires will work if you have 17" wheels. I don't know if I would pay to have them mounted. I guess if you are really needing to get around on low funds for awhile. I've been there, but your rolling the dice depending on how long those tires have been sitting.
