    Happy Saturday everyone!



    I finished off the last of the Christmas eve spicy turkey meat, I had 3 eggs in the pan, when they looked like a decent 'sunny side up', I flipped them over, tossed in the turkey and a few spoons of spicy salsa. I then rough chopped everything up and flip it a few times. nice and easy and tasty!

    Last week while at a grocery store near my GF's house, we heard a steam whistle and I could smell coal smoke. I drove around to the road crossing behind the shopping center just in time to catch this.



    There's a historical short line RR museum about 5 miles away that has seasonal train rides, this isn't something that I've seen before. I stopped by the museum and caught the little steamer coming in as a group of rail speeders were taking off down the track.

    This isn't one from the group, but a general idea of what they looked like. Very cool!
