0430 on a Saturday, whats wrong with you?!

 

Couldn’t sleep. Mind racing.

 

I got woken up last night by the funniest snore my dog has done. He would inhale deeply, then on the exhale there would be three consecutive little barks. He did this for about two minutes and stopped just as I was grabbing my phone to record it.

 

Dreaming.
My second dog would air run in his sleep..

Fair amount. Less than 1" here. Already melted a fair amount today once the sun came out.

 

Water softener half flooded my basement again. It at least gave my wife and I the kick in the pants to finish going through all the boxes of stuff from when we moved in.

 

Ouch

 

Yeah, last time it was an old unit that failed to drain and overflowed all night and put like 40-50 gallons in the basement. This time it was just the drain cycle when the hose broke, so only like 20 gallons.

 

Well that's not too much in comparison but still sucks!

Melted off pretty good here today too. Our snowthings got droopy

 

Yeah, especially since it's salt water that got all over the place. Thankfully I had most everything off the floor after learning my lesson last time. I even had a sacrificial shop vac for sucking up the salt water. But it's still a pain moving it all. Ended up donating two totes of stuff to the local goodwill, and a 55gallon trash bag for the dumpster!

 

Fuck all kinds of ducks. I'd rather be renting and dumping money and time into my Tacoma instead!

 

Hose broke on a brand new unit? WTF.
