    Debating on buying 650# king springs for my Ironman kit. Currently my kit has a 720# rate springs. Kid thinks it rides too stiff still so I’m curious about swapping.
    Anyone have a lathe? I’d need to have a spring perch made since the IM perch is for rounded bottom springs.

    I should say, he complains about my driving and that I hit all the bumps… I tell him you can’t avoid them on MD roads.

    Just a thought… but I believe the Eibach coils would work. Not sure how dead set you are on Kings? But I can vouch for Eibach and their superior quality… not to mention, amazing customer service. I know King is like the elite of suspension, but you are just looking for springs. So you could probably cut the cost a good bit with someone like Eibach or Old Man Emu. Theoretically, it’s just a piece of spun heat treated steel with a rubberized coating, right?

    Thanks for the advice, I’ll look around as well I’ve been watching the TRD Pro updraft spring and talking with Mark @ Eibach today and the new spring that would be a direct fit at 13.3 or 13.6” free length. The IM on mine right now are 15.6.
    I’ll take a look at the other springs they offer. If I decide, wheelers has 20%off all most purchases, including the coil springs. I only looked at king. The need to be 14-16” long and made for 2.5” shocks.
