    1. Pretty common in some car subs (Subaru) to use IKEA cutting boards. This is pretty much the same material my RexGens are made out of.

    2. You can find the thinner stall mats in rolls sold by the foot at farm supply stores.

I took mine off after I did an off road course and they were hitting everything. I left them off because I liked the look and I wouldn’t need to take them off again before off roading. After driving in the rain once I put them back on. Sides of the truck were absolutely covered in crap.I Was amazed how much they actually work.

Rokblokz have an optional cutout that goes around the cab mount that allows them to mount tighter to the wheel well specifically for bigger tires. I got them for my 255/85r16's once I realized that snow/ice would quickly accumulate between my rock sliders and pinch weld, causing a large "thunk" every time I hit the smallest bump in the road.

I opted to make the cutouts with a utility knife, and it was a PITA. Score them with a utility knife and then use something more substantial like a dremel to cut all the way through.

Cutouts for the cab mount are shown on the top two (front) mudflaps, works great.

Flaps on. Helps keep crap from hitting your vehicle and others. WeatherTech flaps pictured.

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
On in winter (less offroading), but generally off the rest of the time. They tend to get busted up on large rocks off road, and dragging like an anchor in deep mud. If conditions are good and I am on a multi day trip, I’ll put them back on or off as needed. Quick to change up.

To flap or not to flap. That is the question.

I had my OEM mud flaps removed when I had the Bushwacker Fender Flares installed first week of December 2022.

    Anyone looking for a pair?

I don't have the original screws that came with...

    Check build thread!
I ran them, and a shit ton of aftermarket ones, and I broke them all. So, off for me. I'd prefer on, but I'm still searching for some that don't die.

Yup. I have broken 2 when bumper dragging coming out of deep washouts. You also risk damage to your fenders when they tear off.

Flaps, purely for function. I actually prefer the aesthetics without.

    Love my 'flaps!

Ran one winter without them when I first bought the truck and never again. All kinds of crap getting kicked up. All solved for about $100.

Sorry off topic, but I noticed your off-road has color-matched rear bumper caps. How did you change it from the chrome ones that came with the truck?
