Im whatever on brands. Cat for track loaders, dozers and excavators, I chose a john deere 310sk for my backhoe. I think they make a better backhoe than cat. Case is prob the best but very expensive. At the end of the day. You need a dealer close by so whatever that is, you use.

Old cat shit is the best. Those old motors run forever. John deere has the farmers by the balls so they can do whatever they want. Curious to see how that ends up.

 

We've got a break in rain now till Saturday, then round 3 for a few days.

Between a toddler running in/out and a big doofus dog our house is in a constant state of muddy footprints

A bunch of companies over the pond offer software to override even the big combines of dpf and egr. I think here they can't do it legally. The one for my machine is $2500 and it deletes egr and dpf plus performance. Basically like a diesel truck programmer

Somehow I had the highest Passmark rating for dual channel DDR3 for like... Ever?
No clue what that was about but it was enough to stop my grind on the memory part

Yep, so absolutely tons of headroom.

And yeah Furmark was the shit; didn't we use MEMTEST86 as well back then?
