    Oh look, another mod....
Yeah, it's odd that bed lights and the tailgate lock is an accessory for ALL trucks. I thought "Hey, after a certain trim level, it would be standard!" Nope, it's an add-on for every single trim.

You can pay $50k+ for a truck, but no bed lights for you, unless you pay more!

black or white is the only color the PRO should come in. The cosmetic PRO touches fit black/white sooo good...

At least it's an easy install for both items...well, the bed lights were easier!

Price was not outrageous but still:

    Bed Lights - $50
    Tailgate Lock - $124

My truck came with it. I didn't ask for the add-ons, but the dealership put them on the truck before I even bought it. I had no idea (until I joined TW) how huge of a deal these two simple features are to Tacoma owners.

Nice CT as well! ‘You meet the nicest people..’ as the saying goes..

Truck looks great, and that’s a pretty good first day of ownership!

Going to get the following done today-

    Window tint (done)
    License plate LED bulbs
    Camlocker toolbox
Mud Flaps (hate them but long gravel road at my property)
    Screen protectors
    Meso red start button

That's about all I have planned

Sounds like my first night with my Tacoma, 15 miles/3 hours into ownership and I bolted on about $2k worth of stuff lol. Still pissed that the half of it wasn't standard equipment by now, but whatever.. Truck looks good.

    I know!
It's actually very dirty. I asked them not to wash it.
    Will do that soon.

Looks great! Did you have to do any cutting? I picked up a 22 Pro a few months ago and am looking at putting the same size tire on.

The 265's suit me. Want as good of MPG as possible. This truck is used solely to go back and forth to my farm. About 50 miles round trip almost every day.
I have a wrangler rubicon with 35's and and 6.4 hemi if I want to play.

    Thanks,
That bike is a 86 (last year) and has 63 actual miles. It needs to go to a collector.

Lift the interior panel and sandwich the straps. I use a bic clic pen with the guts removed in the loops so it doesn't pull loose. You can use any number of things for that. Lots of info in the thread about them.

Those are port or dealer adds. I was able to install them myself with oem parts for a fraction of the port/dealer price.

I went with the C range this time. Farm roads is about the worst this truck will see.

    Sort of.
I like the control of the manual, convenience of the auto.
    My 2021 was a manual.

    Thanks, I love the garage.
    Truck will actually live outside.
    Tractors have their own shed.
