I priced this out from @RelentlessFab but they want $200 to ship to me. There’s no way I’m paying double. So, unfortunately I’ll be shopping around.

I have the same headunit in my 07. I was suggesting to the best buy installer if he can put it up by the A Pillar. He said on the steering column is the best location. That's where it is and haven't had any complaints on both ends.

I have an iphone but the "Do Not Disturb" feature doesn't come on when I am driving. Try messing with the headunit features or on your phone settings.

On Monday I was going to replace the front brakes but found the L/F caliper stuck.
I'll do the fronts at a later date when I buy calipers.

I did however replace the L/F dust shield (R/F was replaced some time ago).

Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
The unfortunate combination about being across the country from us, and the fact our panel being formed for the added strength adds dimension to the part and means our boxes are 6-8" thick to adequately protect the panels with foam around them to also satisfy UPS' insurance requirements if there were to be any damage in shipping. UPS treats these as oversized packages which adds about 50% right off the top too.

Gave the ol' girl a good wash, installed a new battery and new plugs. Getting her ready for the next owner. :(

I understand and I realize it’s out of your hands. I love your front full hoop bumper and high clearance rear. And, May very well end up buying them one day. And if and when I do…I will take a deep breath and pay the shipping. I just don’t see the justification of paying double for the tailgate support. I’m going to try and find some decently priced aluminum and trace the plastic cover for now. Thanks for responding. That means a lot. ☺️

That sucks that shipping a massive heavy duty piece of metal in a 6'x2'x6" box UPS across country has gotten so expensive, But that's not a ding on Relentless. That's shipping. I feel, for the benefit you get, its the cost of ownership, and still worth it. Getting a new paint matched 2nd gen tailgate would have cost me much more and this has prevented that many times over.

Less so if you buy the smoked chrome TRD lights.

Stock basic vs OEM TRD smoked

Literally everything else is going to be poor/garbage unless doing custom retros.

Trq? Aftermarket assemblies do not have the same highly engineered quality optics as OEM. They simply are not going to invest in that R&D. They are also not designed to last a decade plus. They are sold on cosmetics as a quick fix and almost always a downgrade from stock.

Trq cost double what the other housings cost from what I saw in my quick search, was just curious

I have the spyder projector with light bar strip. They took years off the look of the front end, use factory bulbs and are ridiculously bright compared to my oem headlights. I’ve read that a few people here and there had to re-seal their aftermarket headlights but I’ve had mine for 2 years and no issues.

Plano box mount to clear up my back seat a bit.

    Up next:
Sound deadener, speaker upgrade, arb snorkel, rear seat delete, bedside dual piston arb air compressor, bright box, trailer plug relocate. So many mods so little time.
