Tailgate storage is finally available!!

foe me it isn’t really about saving space, it is about gaining space for a few light weight things so I know where to find them because now I have a central location to put them and I don’t clutter up the front seat on solo trips.

things like:
- jacket
- hat
- Gloves
- Satellite communicator
- GMRS radio(s)
Etc.

Is it necessary, no. It’s a nice to have and that is about it.

not much different than having some Molle panels. It is convenient and keeps some things more organized.

 

Cool idea, seems very over pieces given the work that needs to be done for it to even fit.

 

I already have the Blue Ridge attic. That’s why I’m saying it’s not very useful. I keep a small blanket up there and it’s full. Was it worth the $80 to put a blanket near the ceiling rather than just folded up on the back seat? Probably not.

 

I love the idea of this but I can’t imagine adding more weight to the tailgate..

 

jeez $600 for 1 square foot of storage...my mind is blown haha

 

What POS! Hahaha, $600+ AND a bunch of work to make it fit so you can have a weaker tailgate that makes clunky noises. May god have mercy on them

Is there no deck to the tailgate? How to you load a motorcycle or tractor with an open hole in the tailgate?

Hell no. Hit the ramp 20 feet away and that CBR 500 goes right in the bed. Hehehe.
