I never want to use a body shop a lot!

 

There's a long story behind that, but it's not mine to tell.

 

I needed to fix mine too. The guy that did my frame said he'd fix it for me while he had it. I left the parts for him in the truck but he ended up just welding those together because the flanges were so far gone!
It's nice and quiet now!!!

Should be 14mm unless they've already been replaced

I think the 14 will fit if I can get a little of the rust off. I’ll put the map heat on it and a wire brush

I'd just hammer the socket on, might need to break out the grinder with a cut off wheel though. Probably want to get some new hardware beforehand as well

You can try heating the nut side, which I think the nut is actually welded to the flange, and then hit it with some pb blaster (penetrating oil). It's going to smoke but it will suck it in. Can also do that once or twice and then heat it to cherry red and then try

 

Just be careful not hammer on that flange, it doesn't look like much is left! I would personally visit an exhaust shop to have new flanges welded in, or to have the flanges deleted, and put a sleeve in its place (I would recommend getting new flanges though, so you can disassemble your exhaust if you ever needed to do so!).

 

I’m considering a one piece and whatever else needs replacing. Just don’t know what kind. I am calling an exhaust place tomorrow though

 

Did anyone else see the rumors that Shrockworks has up and closed? Seems like another offroad fab shop down the drain.
Damn shame, as they'd been around for almost 20 years.

Anyone know the resistance for 2TR coils? Reading across ground and ignition switched voltage from primary circuit?

I'm sure the time it's been taking to get raw materials hasn't been helping

 

Hard to believe it's still so backed up, coming up on 3 years out soon

 

Oh I know it. Some material takes 3+ months to come in at work right now

 

We've got pieces of integration equipment with a year+ wait because of the semiconductor nonsense, to the point where we're shying away from even spec-ing the company in newer projects
