    Hey guys & gals,
So my tundra experiment is over, I traded it in tonight for a 13 TRD OF DC 4WD Mag Gray.
I went back & forth between that & the sport, but the Sport I test drove in the color I wanted didn't have a tow package....weird.

Really psyched to be back home!
I pick it up tomorrow after I take all my aftermarket goodies off my other truck.
The tundra was nice but my priorities changed & honestly it feels so much more fun getting in & driving the tacoma.
Look forward to modding first will be some seat covers & my sig.

I am thinking about doing the same as OP...put on 10k miles on 2011 Taco DCSB PreRunner 6mo later -> 2012 Tundra DC 4.6 L 4x4 base I had it for 8 months-> thinking about getting 2013 taco DCSB TRD OR 4X4...I lost very little money on Taco trade-in but I have a feeling it will not be the same with Tundra. Sigh....

Good boy, Simon! I am on the 15th year with my mostly stock 2009 Sport AC. And our little guy JRT mix Eli is 17 YO. His eyes look a bit like Simon's with cataracts. But he is healthy and happy.

Yes the cataracts makes it hard for him to do stairs. I carry him alot. Does your little guy like to ride in the truck still? Way to go Eli!

Oh yeah, he is always ready to go! He thinks the Tacoma is the fun ship. Except when we drove to Maine. Then he got grumpy and wanted out.

He is soooo cute! Simon likes short trips too now. Same for his walks. I just can't imagine my life without him. Not gonna think about it rn.
Hi Jeff! How you liking your 18? Tell me more!
I've thought about a new truck ....actually almost went to a F150 v8 buuuttt I came to my senses not really needing to sell mine. Dealer games ended that bull$h!t. I'll peek into our Vt thread and post up. Maybe become more active here again. No snowmobiling so gotta do something lol!

You'll like the 13, I've had great luck with mine. Over 100,000 trouble free miles since I got it, just regular maintenance.

Oh yes just had my 10 year anniversary with the 13 on 1/11/23. Back in 2012, I traded my 06 Tacoma for the 2011 4.6 Tundra but my dachshund Simon had anxiety in it. Something made him super upset, the sound of engine, i dont know what. I tried for almost a year but he shook so bad. I traveled a lot back then so he had to go with me. Also the 4.6 gear hunted and drive me crazy. Those two things made me trade it for the 13. We both have about the same mileage 116k on mine. Love it still though, I use my 13 Camry more now. The truck is used for towing and off trail camping now.

Thank you! Love the name porkchop!

Oh Jazz, so cute!!! Yes they would!!
