This. And, your UCA's may be contributing to the problem. You aren't lifted very much so you may not even need aftermarket UCA's.

    Stock-ish
Put the stock Ucas back on or get some Spcs and set those at stock castor.

talked to Marlin of JBA thru texts, he said those lift height of 2.5" on the eibach is perfect for the JBA.
I'm going to a different shop that specializes on offroad 4x4 with lifts. this is what i shouldve done the first time.

Oh, I thought the Eibach kit was 2". I'm at about a little over 2.5" with stock UCA's and while my caster is a little on the low side, it's still fine.

It's a good idea to be very picky about who you take your car to. I was very disappointed in the first place I got my truck aligned but luckily found a even closer shop that really knows what they're doing. They aren't cheap but the results and lack of headache are well worth it.

2" on first notch, i had it on 2nd notch which gave me 2.75" and 1.5" at the back with icon 3leaf aal. 2nd notch was based on the advise of Tanner from eibach as i am running an SSO slimline hybrid and a harbor freight predator apex 12k winch- this is so i'd keep some rake on the back and level out once loaded with RTT and camping gear.

need new wheels and tires, too small with the lift.

Does your alignment sheet have SAI and/or included angle?

That’s too much caster for the factory wheel offset. You’re rubbing on the back side of the lca at full lock correct?

Since your on factory wheels. Have them set caster at the 2.5-3* and I’m betting they don’t rub.

the person doing the alignment went the wrong way with your caster

    you want + caster
    not - caster

They did. They just went to far on postive. On the sheet thats 5.2 and 5.3 positive caster. Way to much for a factory offset wheel.

While stopped and turning the wheel, are you experiencing any significant camber gain/jacking; one side lifts significantly?

    updating this:
alignment is not the issue. alignment is perfefct.
issue is teh " +" offset on the stock sport wheel. solved by replacing the stock wheel with -12 wheel offset with 285/70/17 tires.
took it to MOAB, no thudding on LCA or UCA on all the trails i did.
