It's my work garage, but at least I get indoor heated/cooled parking year round.

Black valspar marine paint. Stainless #10 finish washers and 3/4 stainless finish screws. Used three hinges off the rear seats.

Couldn’t stomach 1400 bucks for goose gear. Rather spend the money towards a new barrel for my Desert Tech 408 Cheytec. Just saying priorities.

Put a new grille on today. Was sick of the stock ‘18 one and wanted to do something different than a pro grille

I must agree! Damn good looking grill. Out of all the grills I've seen people do as replacements, I like this one the best!
@TheHate Do you have more information you can share?
I already drilled my OEM grill and mounted a front facing camera, and I'm also a bit in the hole with little mods of my own... But it might help others.

This forum is much more accepting than the TW Reddit page! They roasted a guy for having a grill like this. I think it looks pretty cool!

Technically, it was last week, but I installed the pro grille from Tacovinyl, that my wife gave me for Christmas. TSS sensor seems to be working perfectly, as is the front camera.

This week, I ordered the bronze Trail Edition wheels.

So once I get those on, I’m probably going to need to change that “Tacoma” lettering from silver to bronze…

I took it to tennis, where I parked as far away from everyone else as practicable. When I came out, I was surprised to see I had three new friends. Charcoal Silverado, charcoal Silverado, charcoal Silverado, then my white Tacoma. Glad I didn't buy a Silverado--or any full-size truck. Freaking behemoths in comparison. On the ride home, I thanked Betty for being such an awesome truck that everyone with generic trucks wants to park by her. She appreciated it.

FWIW - not wise in NYS:
A new New York State law to crack down on illegal modification to mufflers or exhaust systems does into effect Friday. Governor Kathy Hochul signed the legislation into law on October 29, 2021. This new law penalizes drivers and repair shops for illegal modifications by increasing the maximum fine to $1,000

    And in N.C.
§ 20-128. Exhaust system and emissions control devices

    (a) No person shall drive a motor vehicle on a highway unless such motor vehicle is equipped with a muffler, or other exhaust system of the type installed at the time of manufacture, in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excessive or unusual noise, annoying smoke and smoke screens.

    (b) It shall be unlawful to use a "muffler cut-out" on any motor vehicle upon a highway.

    (c) No motor vehicle registered in this State that was manufactured after model year 1967 shall be operated in this State unless it is equipped with emissions control devices that were installed on the vehicle at the time the vehicle was manufactured and these devices are properly connected.

    (d) The requirements of subsection (c) of this section shall not apply if the emissions control devices have been removed for the purpose of converting the motor vehicle to operate on natural or liquefied petroleum gas or other modifications have been made in order to reduce air pollution and these modifications are approved by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

None of that seems to apply since the muffler and all smog equipment are intact.
