Got a chance to stand on the gas on the way home from work today. Truck sounds absolutely silly. Would not have guessed the 2 feet of tail pipe I cut off would make that much difference in sound... Made me laugh... somewhat embarrassed by the noise coming out of that thing now. Oh well, at least I won't smash it on a rock (ohhhhh, already did that one.)

Hmmm, maybe I'll have to consider that!

    Thanks Rich!
I guess the side benefit of my time out is that it probably saved me from spending a lot on my truck. I’m not really sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Hmmm.

Rule #1 - always remove the fill plug first. This applies to oil, trans, diffs, basically everything unless you wanna roll the dice

    And me :D

Just take it for a drive. Also, your dealer has Toyota spec equipment to do a flush with excellent fluids. Worth it imo.

On a manual, yes. On an auto.... Slightly more difficult.

Drain. Overfill. Put in check mode. Open overflow.

Hardest part is getting it at the right temp to check.

Paddled my ass off today. Not as many fish as the last outing, but I found some cool spots. My arms feel like rubber bands. I'm ready for bed.

Got a call from my dispatch @ about 2:30 this afternoon, saying: the Eagle has landed.

Plenty beefy, well packed and ready to be coated! Ordered skids last night, shipped before noon...tracking says next Wed.

See @Pixeltim, the spending never stops...sliders next, then need to take a break for a while. With retirement coming in the next year, I should address some other things.

    Damn! That’s impressive!
Of course now you’ll need a winch and beefier suspension to.
