Yessir, rode them for 47k miles and got a Colorado/Yellowstone trip comin' up.

haha true i havent really posted much of eevee sadly... ive been in a lull with photos... i just really have no desire atm and idk why! ill want to do them then get home and just look at my camera and go nah dont feel like it...

 

How big is she now? Apollo is over 75lbs now and only 10 months. Got a DNA test that I should get results of hopefully this or next week..

about 31-32lbs she is on mark for average female weight for heelers which is about 45lbs. holy shit 75! he for sure is a mix! male heelers hit usually around 50lbs
also i thought he was older then eevee? ev will be a year old at the end of the month i thought he was a month or two older then her?

 

He'll be 11 next month. He's definitely a growing boy still. I was told a red heeler/lab mix. He looks like a red heeler/st. bernard lol.

 

ah he is a couple months younger then it seems i could have sworn he was older lol but ya that would make sense for his size and face looks lol and damn you better hope not on the Bernard part that would be awful to lift into a tent haha

 

Already considering a gazelle tent now.. Keep the RTT for the fiance and I on pet free trips and the gazelle for both our dogs. I want to take Apollo with me, but going to National Parks would be tough.

 

its honestly not to bad and tbh a lot more enjoyable with a dog in my opinion but it will make it slower with bathroom breaks and such. i waited a bit before i took bella camping with me and thats what im doing with eevee since atm she is a ball of energy and doesnt stay still haha.


tbh the only reason id get a ground tent is for hopefully future motorcycle trips where i ditch the truck somewhere and ride and camp other then that no ground camping lol

 

I mean if it was me and him, sure. Otherwise, it'd be tough to fit us 3. He doesn't normally lay with us, so it wouldn't be normal to him.

Ground tent is a good option so I don't have to leave him in the truck which I'd feel awful doing.

 

ah i gotcha ya my dogs have always slept in the bed so it would be normal for me haha
